Plenium Partners is a Madrid based independent merchant banking firm founded by a group of professionals with a wide investment banking experience ranging from advisory and capital markets to private equity and other direct investment activities.

Plenium Partners specializes in providing turn-key investment opportunities to our partners, with whom we co-invest and share the same investment risks. We have teamed-up, among others, with Hg Capital, a leading investor in the European renewable energy market, American International Group, Inc (AIG), a world leader in insurance and financial services.

Since its establishment in 2007, Plenium Partners has originated, structured, and co-invested in projects for an aggregate asset value in excess of €600 million. Plenium Partners is also responsible for the management of these assets at the operational level.

Plenium Partners is a unique multidisciplinary team in Spain, comprised of members with extensive investment banking and principal investment expertise along with members dedicated to the management, administration and controlling of the acquired assets.
